Butter and Herb Potatoes
Mashed potatoes prepared with chicken stock, savory herbs, and rich creamy butter; ready in just 10 minutes.
Heat 1¾ cups chicken broth, 4 tbsp. margarine or butter, ½ tsp. salt and ¼ tsp. poultry seasoning to a boil, remove from heat and add 1 cup milk and 2 cups potato flakes; stir to desired consistency.
Cheesy Potatoes
Rich mashed potatoes prepared with a blend of shredded cheeses.
Heat 1¾ cups water, 3 tbsp. margarine or butter and ½ tsp. salt to a boil, remove from heat and add ½ cup milk, 2 cups potato flakes and 1 cup shredded cheese; stir to desired consistency.
Southwest Potatoes
Mashed potatoes mixed with taco seasoning and cheddar cheese.
Heat 1¾ cups water, 4 tbsp. margarine or butter, ½ tsp. salt and 1½ tsp. taco seasoning to a boil, remove from heat and add 1 cup milk, ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese, and 2 cups potato flakes; stir to desired consistency.
Buttery Home-style Mashed Potatoes
Mashed potatoes prepared with garlic, milk, margarine and shreds of Hungry Jack hashbrown potatoes to give a chunky home-style texture.
Heat 3 cups water, 1 stick margarine or butter, ½ tsp. salt, ½ tsp. garlic powder and 1 carton hashbrown potatoes to a boil for 5 minutes, remove from heat and add 2 cups milk and 3 ½ cups potato flakes; stir to desired
Loaded Baked Potatoes

Heat 1¾ cups water, 3 tbsp. margarine or butter, ½ tsp. salt and 1 cup sour cream to a boil, remove from heat and add ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp. crumbled bacon, 1 sliced green onion and 2 cups potato flakes; stir to desired consistency.
