- 2 cups Hungry Jack® Mashed Potato Flakes
- 1-3/4 cups water
- 4 tablespoons margarine or butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- Heat water, margarine or butter, salt and taco seasoning to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add potato flakes, milk and shredded Cheddar cheese. Stir to combine.
- Fluff mixture to desired consistency.
