- 2 cups Hungry Jack® Mashed Potato Flakes
- 1-3/4 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- Heat water, rosemary, sea salt, garlic powder and black pepper to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add potato flakes, cream and milk. Stir to combine.
- Fluff mixture to desired consistency.
