Southwest Mashed Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups Hungry Jack® Mashed Potato Flakes
  • 1-3/4 cups water
  • 4 tablespoons margarine or butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat water, margarine or butter, salt and taco seasoning to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and add potato flakes, milk and shredded Cheddar cheese. Stir to combine.
  3. Fluff mixture to desired consistency.
